ACCO Announces 2010 Climate Leadership Award Winners

The Association of Climate Change Officers recently announced the launch of the Climate Leadership Awards^® (CLAs), a program that will recognize organizations in industry, government, academia and the non-profit community who exemplify leadership in addressing climate change.

Nominees will be reviewed based on demonstration of qualities identified by members of the ACCO community as being exemplary manifestations of climate leadership.

The CLAs will provide credible acknowledgement of exemplary climate action, including:

partnership,
collaboration,
internal/external education efforts,
governance,
policy shaping,
thought leadership,
disclosure, and
execution/implementation of climate change strategies.
