About the Program

This interactive program will enable attendees to learn from leading practitioners with experience guiding onsite and offsite renewable energy projects from start to finish. The program will be comprised of training activities, interactive exercises, hands-on learning opportunities for successfully navigating the intricacies of renewable energy projects, and case studies from different industries illustrating strategies for addressing challenges and opportunities related to establishing a comprehensive renewables strategy.

The workshop will help public and private sector electricity consumers advance renewable energy strategies by overcoming common barriers and taking advantage of key opportunities and more advanced approaches. Individuals who are just launching their renewable energy initiatives will benefit from pre-workshop training activities, while those who have already engaged in significant renewables work will benefit from a range of topics designed to help them bolster their capabilities through exposure to topics and solutions they have not yet addressed. Even the most seasoned practitioners will benefit from ample networking opportunities and hearing insights from their peers. All participants will leave with a clear understanding of the renewable energy marketplace, and a plan for engaging the right stakeholders to integrate cutting edge initiatives into the energy strategies of their organizations.
