This workshop is a one-and-a-half day interactive program comprised of training activities, interactive exercises and cutting edge presentations focused upon climate change implications that supply chain and procurement professionals should be considering in their decision-making. Workshop participants will explore and discuss decision-making factors such as understanding tradeoffs, dealing with data gathering and quality control, and assessing materiality. Speakers and attendees will examine real-world examples of how large public and private organizations have assessed climate related risks and adapted practices to reduce risk and strengthen core business value and mission.
